Does the club really pay nothing?
Club management is free for the first 3 months. After that, it remains free with 25 or more active, paying app members. With fewer than 25, the club pays $50/month. AI overages and access-control hardware and subscriptions are separate.
Is $1.50/month billed yearly?
Yes. $1.50/month is the monthly equivalent of an $18 annual subscription, paid in one annual payment.
Is there a monthly payment option?
Yes. Members can choose $2.50/month, billed monthly.
Are app subscriptions free during the introduction?
No. Member app subscriptions are paid from the start, including during the club’s free introductory period.
What counts toward the 25-member condition?
Active, paying app members. Names in the club register alone do not meet the condition.
Are club dues and activities included in the app price?
No. Club membership dues, coaching, activity charges, services and purchases are separate.
Is all AI usage included?
Each club receives $20 of AI usage per month. Additional usage costs extra.
Can we add physical access control?
Yes. Access control is available with a separate hardware purchase and additional subscription. Prices are to be determined.
How does our club get started?
Submit a club request. After verification and approval, your club imports its members with our CSV template and detailed instructions. Free email support is included.
Review the Service Terms for cancellation, responsibilities and limitations. The activation offer must confirm the introductory-period start, member-count assessment, taxes and any payment-processing costs before a charge is authorized. This website does not collect subscription payments.
